Tropical Pitcher Plants Nepenthes

Grow in a sunny south or west-facing window. Hanging baskets are ideal. They need several hours of filtered sunlight a day or supplemental light.

Mist frequently with pure water.

Highland Nepenthes, like Ventrata, enjoy day temps in the 70’s-80’s and like a 10-20 degree drop at night.

Pot in long-fibered Sphagnum with perlite and fine orchid bark. Or use a 3:1 perlite to peat moss miss.

DON’T LET THE POTS STAY WATERLOGGED OR SIT IN WATER AS THEY MAY ROT.
